    At VIKN Dynamics, you’re the expert on your life. Our role is to walk alongside you as a guide helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and build skills that translate into real change outside the therapy room. We focus on what actually works in daily life, meeting you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

    Therapy here is collaborative, grounded, and action-oriented. If you’re looking for support that helps you feel more regulated, connected, and confident moving forward, VIKN Dynamics may be a strong fit.

  • Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. Sessions attend to emotional, relational, and bodily experiences, helping you better understand patterns and responses. The work is practical and reflective, with an emphasis on integration beyond the therapy room.

  • The first session is a space to slow down, share what brings you in, and begin getting oriented to one another. We’ll explore your goals, answer questions, and discuss how therapy might support you. There is no expectation to “tell everything” right away.

  • Length of therapy varies. Some people come for short-term support around a specific concern, while others engage in longer-term work focused on deeper patterns and relationships. We create a plan that fits your needs, revisit goals periodically, and adjust as needed.

  • Yes, both options are available to make access convenient and flexible. Services may be offered via secure telehealth. In-person sessions are available and depend on location and current offerings. Please reach out to discuss options.

  • It depends on what feels right for you. In-person sessions can offer a more personal, hands-on connection, while telehealth sessions provide convenience, comfort, and flexibility from home. Many clients find a mix works best. We’ll help you choose the option that fits your lifestyle, comfort level, and goals.

  • VIKN Dynamics is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time. Superbills may be provided upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Fees are based on session length and type. Payment is due at the time of service.

    • Individual Therapy — $120
    • Relational / Couples Therapy — $135

    80-minute sessions
    • Family Therapy — $180

  • Yes. Everything shared in therapy is private, with limited exceptions related to safety and legal requirements, which will be reviewed during the intake process. Please note that contact forms and email are not secure or confidential methods of communication.

  • The approach at VIKN Dynamics is grounded, relational, and physiology-informed. Therapy here considers how thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the body interact, supporting change that feels sustainable and lived.

  • That’s okay. Many people begin therapy with a general sense that something isn’t working, rather than a clear goal. Part of the work is clarifying what support looks like for you.

  • Communication happens primarily during your scheduled sessions, whether in-person or via secure telehealth. Between sessions, you can reach out by a secure messaging system via the client portal for scheduling or quick questions. Your therapist will guide you on the best ways to stay connected while maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
